Pre-Employment Medicals

Pre-employment medical assessments are a common requirement for many high risk industry jobs.

Haynes Medical Centre is fully equipped to carry out Pre-Employment Medical Assessments and the following services are provided by us.

  • Physical & Clinical Examinations
  • Lung Function Testing (Spirometry)
  • Heart Function Testing (ECGs)
  • Vision Testing
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening
  • Audiometry - WorkCover approved (baseline or subsequent hearing tests)
  • Audiometry - Other/Non WorkCover
  • Fatigue Management
  • Travel Vaccination for overseas positions

Employers may provide your own Medical Assessment Form or use our Standard Format in an assessment.
